“We are extremely proud of our members who represented our club” said DCU Karate Chairperson Claire Flynn.
“In particular, we are proud of our members who competed for our club for the first time.
“Although we came 2nd overall we are extremely delighted for the personal achievements of those who competed. Each of our competitors won a medal in at least one event.”
DCU Karate Club are current All-Ireland college champions and were also awarded the accolade of DCU’s Club of the Year in 2017.
