The DCU St.Vincent De Paul society (SVP) held their annual 24 hour sleep out on campus last Tuesday to raise awareness about the homelessness epidemic in Ireland. Several lecturers in DCU have joined more than 100 academics across Ireland in boycotting Israel’s academic institutions, according to a letter published in the Irish Times.
