Two teenage boys were mugged by a man claiming he had a knife, in Albert College Park next to DCU over the weekend.
The man threated to pull out the knife unless they handed over their belongings. He took both their phones and one of the boys’ bikes worth around €400.
The teens were walking through the park when they were approached.
This is the second incident of its kind in Albert College Park in two weeks, following another teen being robbed of his phone by an armed man.
The man is said to have been wearing a grey tracksuit and sunglasses. Gardaí are investigating the incident.
