It’s a relatable channel for students as Grace outlines how she balances both university and staying motivated and active.

University can be stressful, especially this time of year when you are just getting settled back in so this channel is an escape to unwind, relax and also treat your body to a workout or even just a stretch while doing so. Cassey Ho, AKA Blogilates is a breath of fresh air aiming to inspire and spread positivity through her channel even while engaged in a full workout.
